Did You Know?

That Buckingham Palace was built on a Brothel (Whore-house) or that if you Google London you will get 2,180,000,000 results? I bet you didn't know that there are over 30,000 John Smiths in Britain. It's also true that in London green grapes cause more accidents on the London Underground than banana skins. Weird huh? Not as weird as in 1945 when a flock of starlings landed on the minute hand of Big Ben and put the time back by five minutes.

So... Where are we going?

Also....
The London Eye is the largest observation wheel in the entire world! Which, if you think about it, really isn't all that hard to believe. London is also home to the world's longest subway system, which runs for 244  miles below the streets of London. Kind of scary knowing there are cars driving beneath your feet! Wembley Staduim in London is the most expensive stadium in the world. (Tennis stadium for all you naive people) London is the 25th biggest city on Earth, and despite common belief, it doesn't always rain there. I know... it's strange right? Well actually, London is one of the driest capitols in England. The majority of Londoners identify themselves as Christians and did you know that although the Great Fire of London destroyed much of the city, only six people were killed. Those are some good odds!
